Maps and guides are digital downloads that you can access immediately after purchase. Because digital files can’t be ‘returned’ once you receive them, all sales are generally final.

If you are an EU‑based customer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind on online purchases. By asking for instant access to this guide, you agree that this 14‑day cooling‑off period ends once the file is available to you.

 

In all cases, if there is a technical problem (for example a broken, missing or duplicate file, or a billing error), please contact us and we will fix the issue or offer a suitable solution.
