Refund policy

This is a digital download that you can access immediately after purchase. Because digital files can't be "returned" once you receive them, all sales are generally final and products are non-refundable upon download.

If you are an EU-based customer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind on online purchases. By asking for instant access to this guide, you agree that this 14-day cooling-off period ends once the file is available to you.

In all cases, if there is a technical problem (for example a broken, missing or duplicate file, or a billing error), please contact us at bookings@ruamar.co and we will fix the issue or offer a suitable solution.
